Art Journal Page - Lilacs

Hello Friends,

Today's art journal page was inspired by Marta of Maremi's Small Art on You Tube. The challenge is to create a page, using only 5 art supplies. Tools (brushes, etc.), adhesives and Gesso are freebies. Here's what I selected:

1. papers
2. doilies
3. Gelatos
4. Paint pens
5. Glimmer Mist sprays (I ended up not using these for this project.)

I also used a video from one of my favourite You Tube-ers, The Frugal Crafter. Here is her beautiful painting of lilacs. She used acrylic paints, which would have been easier, but I'd already picked my supplies. Here's what I did.

I created my lilacs on the facing page of last week's posted journal page. It kind of looks like Sebastian is thinking about pouncing on my bowl of lilacs and making some 'art' of his own.
