Hello Folks,
For Mother's Day this year my husband got me some crafty little surprises, including an EK Success Flower punch. It's one of those that you punch on a long strip and then roll it up. I haven't been able to play with it much, but I did make one flower which I used on this card.
I actually made the card first and thought it looked too plain. Here it is before the flower was added.
I used a Doodle Pantry image and some interesting looking paper scraps. I really like the one under the sentiment.
You know that satisfied feeling you get when a design comes together just right? I felt that once I added the flower.
Thanks for visiting today. I hope you were able to pick up my new image yesterday.
Hugs & smiles,
Teresa

Lovely card, and the flower punch is wonderful, great idea! Have a nice day, hugs, Valerie
Oh, I love the flower added to your card, too! And what a beautiful flower it is! Looks fab with your DP on your card! :^)

Love, love, LOVE that flower, Teresa! The rolled portion makes such a fabulous center without any other embellishment. I always end up adding glitter or beads or sequins, and now I look at yours and realize how much I love it just plain. I've learned something from you today. :-D Thanks.
What a wonderful flower with all the different colors. It fits in perfectly with the colors you have used on the rest of the card. Beautiful Card!
I love this! It is really gorgeous!
