I actually made this card in December of 2017. Except for the card base and flower, this card is made completely with scraps.
I glued strips from two different papers to a piece of cardstock, trimmed it, rounded the corners and embossed it. I adhered a strip of painted paper to the center and affixed two layers of Recollections flowers, plus a button from my stash. I punched the edge with a Stampin' Up eyelet border and drew lines with a gold gel pen.

Beautifully done, Teresa! I love the strips of paper for hte background. What a lovely way to showcase that marvelous flower. :-D
