Hello Friends,
My regular followers will remember that I did a couple daisy water colour paintings last week. I made one of them into a card today.
The dove came from an old Christmas card. You are seeing the back of it, which I painted. My trim is cotton crochet thread, strung with green sequins.
I got a little splotch of paint on my daisy so I turned it into a lady bug. Mistakes in art are just opportunities for more creativity. So next time you make a boo-boo in your crafting, give it some extra thought before you toss it out. You will probably think of something to make your original design even better.
Thanks for dropping by.
Hugs & smiles,
Teresa

Great thinking, adding that lady bug! And it looks perfectly natural on your pretty daisy, Teresa! Thanks for joining us at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesay challenge!
Wonderful card. The daisy is beautifully painted, ad the little lady bird makes it perfect. Love the sequin trim, too. Hugs, Valerie
Hi Teresa, You have made a pretty card with the daisy. Very creative idea to turn the splotch into a lady bug.
Greetings, Wies
I love your water colours Teresa, and your little ladybug is perfect. Also a great idea for the trim. Hugs Ursula

Beautiful arty card and the sequins are great idea. Thank you for your advice Teresa, I too make mistakes in art and that itself is a good lesson. Thank you so much for entering our ATG challenge at Through The Craft Room Door this fortnight. Looking forward to see you again next challenge.
